Employment Background

My interest in food, coffee, and tea products inspires me to open a new business and became the President of the company. 

Another window has been opened to expand my mission to share my experiences with aspiring IT professionals after several years in the industry.  Teaching is my passion. August 2023 - present.

After several years of exposure to different management styles in different verticals, I decided to create my own company and name it True Staff Philippines Management Inc. A corporation that acts as managers or managing agency of persons, firms, associations, corporations, partnerships, and other entities; to provide management and technical advice for commercial, industrial, manufacturing and other kinds of enterprises; and to undertake, carry on, assist or participate in the promotion, organization, management, liquidation or reorganizations or corporations, partnerships and other entities, except the management of funds, securities, portfolio or similar assets of the managed entities or corporations.

When CoInspect changed its name to Hello Therma Inc., CoInspect Philippines Inc. also updated our name to CoInspect Philippines Inc. doing under the name and style of Therma. Currently, I am also one of the Board of Directors of CoInspect Philippines Inc. DBA Therma. I managed the entire site from budget, to operations and project delivery, to admin, and all.  It is during this time that I am promoted as the General Manager. Today, I am the Director of Asia Pacific Operations.

• Started my teaching career right after I graduated college as Full-time IT instructor
• Lead the Community Extension Services and Development department of the university
• One of the members of the university marketing team
• From 2011 up to now, I am still connected with the university as Part-time IT Faculty

Worked as Project Manager and the same time Scrum Master.  Learned so much here until I was promoted to Operations Manager before the company changed its name to Therma.

I worked on the registration of the business here in the Philippines as CoInspect Philippines Inc where I am one of the Board of Directors of the corporation.

Worked as Project Manager handling multiple projects of Excelym's US  and local clients.

I worked with Qualfon for 3 months during summer.  Just want to experience the work and I am having fun with it.  

I worked as part-time Java SE & ME lecturer of Call Center Academy for 6 months.
